I bought this to make sugar free chocolate syrup and so far that’s all I’ve used it for. I’ve made several batches and it works beautifully. I haven’t experienced any negatives. It’s super low calorie, tastes delicious and no stomach upsets or anything like that. I doubt most people could even tell it’s sugar free. For real. Haven’t done a side by side or anything but it’s really great in coffee or drizzled over cake. It’s a giant bag. I did leave it open for a couple days on accident and it’s hardened but it doesn’t seem to matter. I just gave it a whack and it loosened up like regular sugar. I was hesitant to buy such a large bag but I’m glad I did because it’s a great product and so much cheaper than the other brand I bought before. I plan to try sugar free caramel as soon as I have time. My friend an and family love the chocolate syrup.

I never thought I would find a sugar substitute for coffee. I can drink anything else diet or zero sugar, but coffee is just ruined by traditional no calorie sweeteners. I liked swerve OK, but then I tried this. You won't find a sugar substitute that tastes more like sugar than this. There is NO aftertaste. It's a little less sweet so you have use a little more. For example, I use 3-4 tsp of sugar in a cup of coffee but need 5 of this. I am looking forward to baking with it as well since I understand it behaves like sugar when cooked (caramelizes). It clumps pretty easily, but I just break it up with the scoop or throw the clumps into the coffee because they dissolve right away.

Wonderful product. This is powdered and says so on the bag. Just like a fine, fine sugar would be. I honestly don’t know if you could make it more fine by adding it into the food processor but there is always that. We are highly keto and have found this is the best flavor for baked goods without that nasty aftertaste that most sugar substitutes have. There is one issue but is not a terrible one, it does clump. Stick in a food processor and no more clumping. I measure it 1:1, the flavor it works for us and I love to bake, but some have sweeter tooth’s than others. We appreciate the value for sure. Really appreciate it comes in a 5 lb. Bag!

This product was advertised as "powdered sweetener alternative" but arrived as a very coarse material, not suitable for my purposes. I contacted the seller directly, and they acknowledged there had been a problem with an early batch. They sent me a replacement immediately that was indeed the powdered sweetener I hoped for.Mistakes do happen, so I judge a business by their willingness to fix their mistakes. DureLife get 5 stars for that, and for their customer service!

Its ok. I got it because I was interested in baking sugar free for diabetes purposes. I did notice this particular brand does have an aftertaste like a lot of other sugar alternatives. The last brand I had was more expensive but basically tasted like a less sweet sugar with no after taste. This one is a less sweet sugar with an unpleasant after taste. Great for the affordability but will most likely not buy again.Update 4/8/25: I would like to thank customer service for reaching out and providing exceptional customer service based on my review. Its nice to know the company cares about their customers. I might not buy this particular product again but I will certainly be on the look out for other products of their brand to try. Thank you.

Tastes & works just like sugar. Just need to use a littlemore to get the same sweetness as sugar.
