I have grown to love having a bath pillow. This is my second one. My only suggestion would be to have suction cups on the top section.

Just what I needed
I used to have one of those old inflatable bath pillows, but it was never quite comfortable enough for me, and it meet it's end with an ill fated meeting with a friend's cat... I had been using a rolled up towel for a head rest, which was comfortable, but I always worried about it getting wet, or falling into the tub (which happened) while I got comfortable. This has been amazing. I don't worry about a soggy towel, and it hangs in the shower to dry after I'm done. I'd get another one of I had 2 tubs.
