This product did just as described.

There was a learning curve for this, but once I found the right angle, speed and direction, it was really effective. I had it on an angle with the strap cross body. And it being a "kneeling" massager (versus like a shiatsu massager) is an accurate name. Before I figured out how to best use it on my body, I was struggling with not enough massage and then really painful massage. The whole thing is a smidgeon bulky too, but I don't know if that's the norm for this kind of product. Overall, it's a good addition to my shoulder and neck pain process.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve had a multi level disc replacement in my neck/spine 8 years ago. The muscles have never ever recovered. This thing is like a deep tissue massage. You can adjust your body to allow massage in certain spots. I was worried the rollers would be to far apart for my neck but they are great!

I wanted to love this and was so excited because I originally got the one that blew up on tik tok but has the flat massagers not the little arms and it was not a great a massager and ended up bruising my neck more than anything. I got this one and the massager is a 10/10 but it stays on for 4-5 minutes there’s definitely no heat but it’s also very bulky so not sure if the middle part can even sit flat. Learned my lesson on purchasing things advertised on tik tok won’t be a 3rd one purchased

Stops every 30 seconds or so in order to switch directions. Has only 3 speed setting which I only like the lowest and the cord doesn't snap into place securely like my other neck massager does and it's not rechargeable like I thought it was.It's neat that it's small and portable and comes with a cord for the car.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very cool gadget for giving yourself a neck and shoulder massage, also works on back and legs. It's a little heavy as most of these type of cordless massagers are. It comes with an instruction booklet that doesn't give you a lot of info, more on the dangers of using it on certain medical conditions. No instructions or illustrations on how to put it on. It has several straps and I'm not sure what to do with them. I found the best way to use it on the neck is to hold on to the looped straps on each side to keep it in place and stable, no idea at the moment how to strap it on your body with the center strap (pictures on the listing aren't clear about where they go). However, if you put the gadget on your neck while seated and pull down on the looped straps, turn it on and you'll get a decent neck and shoulder/spine massage. It feels good and you can turn the heat on if desired. You can also use it on your back (laying on your stomach) and on your legs. I tried it on my leg above my knee and it gives a deep massage. The control panel is easy to use, press power for 3 seconds to turn on, press once to turn off. You can adjust the speed and pressure and use heat if you want it. It will go for 10 minutes before turning off automatically. Comes with a charging cable USB C. Good gift item.

So, me and my husband both used this, and we both dislike it. It is uncomfortable and is not adjustable so you if it doesn't fit it doesn't fit. It did not get used long enough to test the other things like the heat and charge on it. For the price I would not recommend this.

This massager is the real deal! It is powerful and is able to get deep into my muscles for a somewhat painful but relaxing massage. It has alternating patterns and it is easy to maneuver to get to the right aching spots. The charge on this unit outlasted my massage so I’m very satisfied. Great product!
