NOVORIK 700W Macerator Pump, Macerating Toilet System Pump, Sink Pump for Basement Upflush System Kitchen, Sink, Shower, Bathtub, Laundry Waste Water Disposal (700W)

I installed this in the basement to drain sinks and showers and washing machine. It works well I don't think it's too loud it does what it's supposed to do. I think it's a good product if it last.

Came as they said, easy to install and works well.

So this isn't ideal for the North American market where we use "inch" sized pipes instead of metric. While the output fittings work well for 1-1/2" pipe, I needed an adapter from the hardware store to connect one of the inlets to 1-1/2" pipe. And the instructions are not clear on how to install the check valve - which actually requires two fittings to connect to your outlet pipe. I attached pictures to help others.

I purchase insurance with this product. It started by tripping the GFCI and now it doesn’t work. The insurance says that the product still falls under warranty but I can’t find their contact information anywhere!! I need a refund or exchange!!

This right here is something very essential that you may need, whether to replace your previous one, or if you're building a basement and looking for which one to use this one right here is very powerful, as it should be, coming in at 700 watts, meaning it can handle a very large capacity of water movement. Whether it be you showering and using the washing machine at the same time, or possibly even you having two washing machines going in the basement, this can handle it all. It's actually pretty simple to install, although I would recommend having a professional do this so that you could hide it properly behind a wall and make sure everything is set up correctly, regardless. This is still a great pump that I know will last many, many years. Thank you.. ✨

Do not buy anything from this seller!! We bought this pump and it quit working and it was still under manufacture warranty, and we messaged the seller to honor the warranty and they failed to honor it. Pump quit working after about 9 months. Edit/update: seller finally honored the warranty and sent us a replacement pump. However it took about 3 weeks to finally hear from them and get the new replacement pump.

We are using this in our basement utility room, and could not be happier. We have a toilet, utility sink and washing machine running through it and it has given us no issues. It has plenty of power and although it is a little loud that is to be expected with a 800w pump. We are happy and we would buy this pump system again. 5 STARS

Installed this once we finished our remodel and it does not work. The pump does not kick on and it doesn’t grind anything up.. so it’s backing everything up into the toilet AND shower... Please buy something different.
