First thing I noticed is that the dogs I intended to stop the barking from responded to this quickly. At first the barking got more intense for about 5 minutes, then they started to quiet down, and after about 15 minutes it stopped for several days. Unfortunately they seemed to have become immune and still yip relentlessly. There is a possibility the device has stopped operating, but the indicator light still works and since there frequency is not audible to humans, it's hard to say.As far as the device itself, I would prefer that it had eyelets on the casing so that I can mount it securely without fabrication, instead of just finding somewhere to set it and hope it doesn't get knocked over.

This really works. A neighbor's dog has been "a barker" for quite sometime and his owners seemed to be deaf to it. I got the house, set it up on my back deck and crossed my fingers. Within 4 days he had quit the non-stop barking. At that point I turned the "house" off. It has been off for over 2 months and even with no correction the dog will give a few barks and then stops. This situation was solved without confrontation with the neighbor or intervention from authorities and apparently without the owner's awareness. I am delighted !!

This device stopped my three dogs from nusience indoor barking almost immediately! Amazing! Set on number 2 setting. Turn it off at night and on in morning. Wonderful device!

Put a battery in (9v, not included), turned the ON dial and waited. Two German Shepards next door came to the fence, barked, went silent and now 4 days later never even come to that corner of their house anymore. Nice dogs, not aggressive but would bark at any movement. This got old so bought this little bird house and it WORKS. Also worked on the two black Labs on the other side of my yard. Well, worked on one, the other one must be deaf. But even so, my backyard is much quieter now. Worth the money and highly recommended.

I tried using this device to suppress the barking from a neighbor's dog. I set it up as directed, well within range of the animal and with no solid obstructions in the way. It didn't do a thing to even reduce the barking any. I left it for 90 days to see if it would eventually annoy the animal into submission. Nope. No luck, so I give up. Maybe this little device works on 'some' dogs, but it certainly didn't work on this one. I wasted my money.

My neighbors dogs constantly barked while me and my family tried to enjoy being in our yard. I bought the ultrasonic anti- barking house, set it up and waited. As promised, when the dogs started barking at the fence the anti barking house emitted a frequency that had the dogs stop barking. They tried again but were quickly silenced. Great product.

This thing is magical. I was skeptical based on some of the other reviews saying it didn’t work on certain dogs, but I’ve used it for a couple of weeks now every night and my neighbor’s super annoying dog has entirely stopped barking at night. I turn it off during the day to conserve the battery (and because dogs should be allowed to bark, just not for 2hours straight right outside my window at 3am every night). This totally saved my sanity after my neighbor refused to do anything to stop the constant nighttime barking.

this thing doesn't work at all on my german shepherd that loves to night bark. If i could give it zero stars I would. I've changed the battery thinking tht would work and even put it closer to her....but nothing!
