Don't like the way that If you have the radio playing which is the main use and a notification comes to the phone the radio goes off and doesn't automatically reconnect so you have to press the mode button to reconnect the radio, very annoying when you have gloves on, it's a good set of headphones but could be better with a few tweaks

AMAZING!!!! FABULOUS SERVICE!!!!! I had an issue with a fault on my particular headphones. unfortunately the signal was failing. I emailed straight away to see if there was something that could be done and after 2 attempts at troubleshooting (unsuccessful) i was absolutely amazed when I was offered a full refund or a brand new replacement!!! Given how good the reviews are and no mention of my particular fault I happily accepted a new pair and now they have arrived I’m over the moon. I have to note also that this particular seller done this for me 9 weeks after my purchase and never once defended the issue!! This to me is customer service at its absolute best !!!!
