Best hooks for troublesome cement classroom walls
I have tried absolutely every kind of hook and strip on our awful cement school walls. These things are the best things ever. After hammering in the first package, I went home and immediately ordered another set. I have passed the word on, and other teachers in my building are ordering them too. They are super easy to hang up and are really sturdy. I will recommend them over and over again!!!

Didn't work for me
I read a couple of reviews that said these worked on the concrete walls at schools so took a chance. Had tried heavy duty velcro previously that stay up for awhile and come down later, perhaps because of the change in temps. Saw these and thought would be great for some small canvas pictures on these cinder block type walls in the school. They actually did start going into the wall but you have to be spot on to get them in evenly, as they start to bend and crack the plastic part. If you are not careful, the hook part cracks off. Might work on different parts of the wall and would probably be great on other types of walls. I might try the larger size to see if they are stronger on the cement/cinder block walls, and will try these again on another spot in the school, but otherwise did not work for me.

Easy to use on old plaster walls
I live in a 100-year-old house. The old plaster walls are rock-solid, and whenever I've tried to hang a picture, it's been an exercise in futility - until I found these little gems. It just takes a few taps with a hammer to secure these hooks. I've been able to hang family photos, a painting, and a mirror without trouble, and without leaving ugly holes in the wall. I'm so glad I found these!

Perfect for cinder block classroom walls!
This is the only product I could find to hang things in my cinder block classroom. All my walls are cinder blocks. I have hung heavy frames on 2 of these books. I put clear fishing line on the frame and then hung on two of these and held my nicely framed picture the entire school year. The blend in with the color of my wall so they are hardly seen when not covered with the item I’m hanging. Careful you have to hammer them in and I ruined one or two in the process but hats not a big deal and once you get the knack of it it’s fine.

Break Too Easily
We have used several brands of hard wall hangers in the past and these ones break way too easily. After carefully hammering several of these into the walls, five of them broke at the hook. Scary to hang a beloved picture to have it come crashing down. It seems that perhaps the plastic used is not the strongest. None of the pictures we are attempting to hang weigh more than 5 pounds.

They Work, but Beware
The packaging was just bubble wrap taped around twice, and my attempts to remove the tape resulted in me discovering that the nails were pointed outwards, and more importantly, stabbing me. They work fine for what they do, but frankly, it's rather alarming how crappy the packaging and safety precautions were, as they, which I'll remind you again, stabbed me in more than one place while I was trying to get the tape off the apparently hastily thrown together packaging.

Simple solution to hanging pictures on concrete
Works just as advertised. Firm hammering of the pins drives them into the concrete. Then hang the picture and voila, you're done. I did place a small strip of transparent tape over the wall in order to minimize any chipping of the wall material.

Use with ease on stucco!
I needed to hang some items on my lanai walls which are cement stucco. These went in real easy and holding up several pictures and items. They are sturdy and not moving once they are pounded into the wall. I highly recommend these and would purchase again.
