It shows minimum 2 billion probiotic microorganisms per capsule(2X10(9) CFU/capsule: equivalent to 10 bllion microorganism per gram (>1 X 10(10) CFU/gram.  The only expiration date is the  one on the box of Sept of 2015.  I hope this helps

Ingredients besides the 14 strains: Cellulose, vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).Contains: Milk and soy.No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.Allergen advice: Bio-Kult contains traces of soy and milk as these are used in the growth media of the strains. Bio-Kult is a non-GMO product. It is gluten free and I do not see anything you mention except traces of milk. It's hard to find probiotics that do not have milk as a base but often it's very little. My daughter has a dairy protein allergy and does fine with these.
