This is so essential since we have a loft room that gets hotter than the outside and a newborn, especially in the recent prolonged hot weather. It is very loud even on the quiet setting, but if you're used to a white noise machine then you'll be fine. Remote is very handy and the unit itself is easy to set up. Functions as expected as long as you use the hose correctly, only downside is UK windows don't fit the seal given so had to purchase one that would (would be great if it came with both options). Really cool air and works best if you set it up to swing and stop the fan paddles at the highest point to face the ceiling, we found that cooled the room faster. Overall would recommend to get relief from the heat.

Have only used it for one day so far, it definitely cools a room quickly and have a lot of power however, the reviews about the volume being loud are right! It’s incredibly loud! It’s easy to use and hopefully with the timer setting I can avoid trying to sleep with it on and sounding like a jet engine! It’s quite heavy but the way it was packaged allowed me to set it up easily I did expect it to be smaller but it’s not so large that it’s inconvenient. I do wish the hose was longer as I can’t really move it more than 2ft from the window and I wish you could select your window type as the sealing plate is incompatible for all of my windows

Very powerful I use this in my summerhouse/office which receives the full afternoon sun and becomes unbearable hot. This aircon unit has made it a pleasant place to be regardless of the weather I do have to turn it off when on calls ( a bit too noisy but that’s to be expected ) but it rapidly brings the temp down when back on. I would say the noise is equivalent to a large fan and a fridge running at the same time.

Big bonus having heating and dehumidifier functions that my older mobile Aircon does not have. Noise is slightly lower than my old one but when the compressor kicks in the noise level hardly changes whilst my old one doubles the noise level. Size wise the old and new are about the same. Add the fact that the new was half the price of the old then this has to be a winner.

Super fast delivery and great product! I was expecting delivery on the 12th July, but it arrived on the 4th – over a week early! Perfect timing, as now my twins and toddler can stay cool before the next heatwave hits. The product itself is really good – very easy to put together, and it starts cooling the room in as little as 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Doesn’t come with a UK window cover but I’ve been using it without it and just put the hose out the open window and closed the curtains and it works amazing, definitely works and will cool you down but it is quite large and heavy but easy to set up.

It is extremely noisy. Not possible to work or watch a movie when the AC is on. I had to return it
