Bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves how it doesn’t take up a lot of space and while being so big. She also said the quality is amazing.

Works great for shipping large items or even smaller items. Light weight and heavy duty.

The Zipper broke after only one use and now the window is closed to get a refund. Size:It was the exact bag that we needed it just broke after only one use.

This is the greatest thing for a person who always seems to overpack!. Being able to add 7 more inches at a time to my suitcase is definitely a good thing. I haven't traveled with it yet, am packing now for a trip, but I expect it will be smooth sailing

Straps broke easily

It just arrived today and might I say, this is quality heavy duty luggage! There is a slight scent that reminds me of that new car smell. If you don’t like that a few spritz of Febreeze will clear that right up. I noticed they made other colors available along the way of making this review. I’m placing another order for a different color right after I finish. I ordered something similar from a different brand and this is by far the winner (p.s. the loser is Elda black & tan foldable duffle bag). I am in LOVE!¡Packaging: It came in a box, inside a ziplock bag, inside an adhesively closed bag.Waterproof: It doesn’t necessarily look waterproof, but more so water wicking. I doubt it will stay dry in a down poor. Possibly will stay dry with some drizzle. Whenever the weather gets rainy, I will give it a try later on to see. Regardless, that’s an easy fix with a bag poncho.Durability: So far I have only seen a few loose threads that just need sniping. Nothing concerning. This bag has thick fabric/ material, gliding zippers, exquisite stitching, fully lined interior, extra accessories (although I wish the clasps were thicker metal in case I want to put this on as a backpack).Front Pockets: The 2 front pockets are actually a singular large pocket with 2 zippers. I like this feature rather than the 2 medium sized pockets they advertised. You can fit a longer item if you so please. I will say I’m confused as to why they put a strap in the middle since it restricts it’s size somewhat. Furthermore, due to the 2 zippers and there design you can lock them together. I don’t know about y’all, but being able to lock all the zippers that come with the bag is a plus!Lining: There are 4-5 sections in the middle on one side where the lining doesn’t meet end to end. Originally I thought this would be a problem as far as losing things in there. Once I stuck my arm in, I realized there is still lining behind it and I can use them as interior pockets. BONUS!¡Bottom: The board is thick and sturdy. Also, there’s base plates for the wheels to give it extra support. Unfortunately the wheels are non removable.Performance: I will come back to give my thoughts after these upcoming next few trips.

Holds a lot of stuff

A versatile piece of luggage. The zippered areas allow me to limit the duffle bag to the size I need. It is very sturdy.
