This was good, but be aware that it is VERY spicy. If you have a conservative palette, you might want to give it a miss.

The taste is good & more authentic to me. My BFs mother prefers Good Seasonings & even put hers out on the table when I brought this (LOL) but to each his own. After reading up a bit on GUAR GUM & dealing with digestive issues most of my life I stay away from it whenever possible. I use one whole bottle with about 6 chicken breasts. I like to let them sit for at least an hour but I think overnight is even better.

Shockingly spicy!! I have never had Italian dressing that was anywhere near this spicy before. It is so spicy that it hurts my tongue to eat my salad. At least it should be named "Spicy Italian" so that one is forewarned. Also tastes saltier than I would prefer. I won't be buying it again.

I could no longer find this in my supermarket, so found a 3rd party on Amazon. I have used this for many years, so am familiar with what it should taste like. This had a very spicy and somewhat hot taste, which is not normal. This was purchased from a 3rd party, and the only thing I can think of is, that this may have been a bad batch by Simply Organic, and they got rid of it thru some re-seller. You have to wonder why a 3rd party is selling products that are normally in a supermarket? I am now being cautious of what food products I buy from a 3rd party on Amazon.

This is a good dressing mix although I use it for adding flavor to meats as well as dressing for salads. Note: right now I am overloaded with it as I pushed the organic button on Amazon, not knowing what it was, then after realizing what I had done I canceled it, within a couple of minutes, but received it anyway. Did not send it back as I find it hard to get in touch with Amazon. They make it tough to let them know your dissatisfied with something. I still buy what I need on the site though just try not to get the right things the first time..
