Amazing shower head!
Arrived on time, extremely easy to install, shower head works wonderfully& without any leaks! I absolutely love it!

Wonderful product. 4.5 stars because of no instructions in the box.
Product is perfect. Also easy to install. Nice touch that they even included teflon tape in the box, though it's really not essential. However, they included no instructions at all in the box. I did receive an e-mail thanking me for purchase that included a link to an installation video that was sufficient (since the installation is easy) even though some of the parts were slightly different. If there were an actual sheet of instructions in the box, it would have gotten 5 stars for absolute perfection.

TERRIBLE. I ORDERED TWO AND THEY BOTH CAME BROKEN. SAVE YOU MONEY
It came with NO instructions, which left me fumbling with how to put it together. When I finally seem to get it, I notice the plastic piece on the inside is broken, resulting in water splashing all over the back wall. Bad purchase.... Then I Exchanged it and had the EXACT same problem

Broke after 7 months
I absolutely loved this shower head. It had good water pressure, good range of motion, and though I kept it on one setting, it was easy to switch between spout styles. However, after just 7 months of use, the gray plastic circle piece in the middle shifted slightly. Now all I get is unpredictable water aim (usually has a way of finding my eyes) and an inability to shift between flow choices. Shower heads are supposed to last longer than 7 months. Very disappointed to have to go hunting for another one so soon.

Works like a charm - But no instructions?!
Once installed, it's exactly what I wanted. Adjustable pressures and speeds of water! Huge improvement over what I had.My only complaint was there were no instructions included with the product. I had to search for instructions and most of the videos I found were different models. Once I figured out what parts went where (took me about five minutes), it was fine. But an instruction sheet would have made it easier.

Make sure to use the plumbers tape provided, to get a good seal
Easy installation, great price and I love having different water settings.
