Pleased!! First, while shopping for Neem I saw tons of reviews that indicated many people are clueless about Neem in its 100% undiluted state. 1. It is SUPPOSE to be thick. 2. When not warm, it chunks up...this is how you know it is real and not diluted. 3. It smells!!! Just like sulfur smells like dirty ass, Neem has a unique pungent smell. So, with that said.....all of those attributes are what u get in this product.....100% authentic....mite killer, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, cleansing, nourishing, conditioning....your skin, nail or hair. If it is chunky...warm some water in a bowl in the microwave and then momentarily dip your neem bottle so it is surrounded by warm water. This will liquefy the contents without messing up it's amazing properties. I was very pleased. Please dont buy neem and then post a complaining post and the characteristics I explained. It shows a degree of shopper laziness and ignorance by choice and is not fair to the vendors who provide 100% authentic Neem. My suggestion....if you want it diluted, dilute it yourself in a carrier oil. That way you are in control and you know just how much true Neem you are using...plus, then you know there is no junk in the mixture. I would buy again for sure. Its 12.23.19 and ai am done with that bottle :)

It’s as it should be, smelly, paste like and brownish green, just like any Neem oil is expected to be. The roll on can be refilled and the cool sensation it provides while applying the product is amazing! If you can get over the smell, it worth a shot. I use it at night so I can take a shower in the morning and get rid of the smell. I have used it under my eyes and have seen a significant change with dark circles under my eyes although I DO NOT recommend it. I just do it because I’m a little adventurous and curious to see how different products work. Overall it’s as any authentic Neem Oil should be, awful color, wired texture and terrible smell but that makes it real....:)

I purchased this product to stop hot spots on my puppy but an associate of mine used it on her psoriasis and it cleared the skin where she put it. I am not making a statement that all psoriasis can be relieved by using Neem Oil but it really helped her.

I gave 3 stars because the first time I ordered it, it was great. The second time it smelled burnt and a dark brown color ( the first bottle was not this dark - the first bottle smelled like authentic neem oil). The second bottle also had thick gobs of stuff ?...????Not happy.

Someone told me use Neem oil for my hands because had like small white spots so I use it before I go to sleep so I don't wash my hands and stay longer working, in 5 days the spots disappeared and you can feel your hands soft. Works! Now I'm going to use for my face. A plus for the little bottle for easy applicator.

We used this on our dogs itchy skin. Cleared his skin in one application. It appeared to be bug bites and he was scratching till he had broken the skin and bloodily. Put it in a spray bottle with some water sprayed shook the bile and wiped it on his skin. Patted dry extra moisture. Skin healed in a few days. Thankyou and safe for the skin.

I purchased this product on the recommendation of a friend from Haiti. I use it as a skin conditioner for dry skin. It is soothing and I do not have to use very much. It does have a woodsy smell so you will want to use it sparingly.

I've been using a prescription medicine for a fungus on my face for 6 months without relief then was advised to try Neem oil and am already having great results. The oil came in a very secure package on time. Would recommend this company and product.
