I purchased this heating pad for home use and I am really happy with its performance. It is very easy to use and there is no need to fill water since it already contains gel inside. You just need to charge it for about 7–10 minutes and it stays warm for a long time. It provides instant pain relief and the heat level is comfortable. The quality of the product is very good, with no leakage issues. The cord length is also sufficient, which makes it convenient to use. The fabric feels soft and safe for regular use. Overall, this is a value-for-money product and I would highly recommend it for back pain, muscle pain, or cramps. Suitable for elders as well as adults.

This is the condition of the product in one month. In second week of buying it's heating capacity decreased, it never would get warm and last night also torn apart. Above it all there's no return only exchange and the exchange product is as bad as well, so I'm confirming that i didn't get a faulty item, all of their items are faulty since it's my fourth time in two months. It's Bad quality product, Don't buy it for your own safety.

I like the item as it works like its says I charged at home 5 to 7 minute until the red light was off automatically and it was worm for at least 2 to 3 hours so it does what it says, I can see the quality is good the heat level of the item as perfect not so hot. It is easy to use bought it for my mom and yes she is loving it

First few days heat was very good. After 10 days or so I feel that heat is reduced and the design is not so great. only one side we can use if we need good heat and that side has plug in as well. would have been great if the other side actually doesn't have velvety sleeve

Dont buy this hot water bag, it is made in china. It worked well for 1 month, but after 1 month,it stopped working. Its heating effects also diminished day by day. Don't waste your money for this product.
