Exactly as the ad photo presented. My only complaint is that the Amazon fulfillment center packed the delivery box upside down. Fully expected broken or damaged pieces. Everything pristine. Thankfully the manufacturer has anticipated this and packaged the product bulletproof! Beautiful and delicious!

These gourmet biscotti are some of the best I have ever had. If you like biscotti you need to be eating these. They are AMAZING!!! I will definitely be buying these again in the very near future.

I initially ordered a large box of Biscotti. I wasn't thrilled with the biscotti, so I contacted Barnetts customer service. They were so kind, receptive, and went above and beyond standard customer service! They readily offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the product. They then asked if they could send me another box of their chocolate-filled cookies. Who am I to turn away cookies? I quickly accepted their generosity, and the outstanding cookies arrived at my house yesterday. The package was beautiful, wrapped so the cookies remained fresh. My first reaction was that they were gorgeous! They are Oreo-type cookies dipped in various chocolates and have a vast array of toppings. Once I tasted one, I was hooked! Yes, I will be ordering more! It's so refreshing to deal with premium customer service, and a handwritten note was included in the package. Thank you Barnetts!

I will go back next year for Christmas and try again with a re-order. Thank you! +++++ Bought these late in the evening on a Saturday as there was nothing sweet in the house and we had a craving. They were delivered by the next morning, which was nice. We have mixed feelings about these, mostly because of the cons versus the price. The pros: They are delicious. They are very fresh. There is a large variety. They were delivered overnight for free (bought them around 10 PM, they were delivered at 9 AM.) The packaging is very pretty, and they were completely sealed. The cons: They are very expensive. Like other reviewers have said, these are not truly biscotti. More like a cross between a cookie and biscotti. (don’t get me wrong, they taste like biscotti, and they are still sort of dry like biscotti – just not as dry, kind of crumbly, and if you’re truly expecting a hard, dunk-able biscotti, you might be disappointed.) The big issue… It is a week after New Year’s, and I think the package we received must’ve been filled at the end of the line (“seconds”) because there are some variations in size that are irritating. Six of them are about 2/3 of the size they should be, and about six more are just slightly too big, and those had / will have to be broken to get them out of the slot they are in. It’s a bit like opening a package of expensive chocolates, and finding that several of them are too small and have been bouncing around in their slot, while some are so large you have to “pop” them out, mangling them in the process. Not fun. So… All in all, they are very tasty. But I am not sure I would order again due to the size variations. This is an expensive product, and while they are delicious, they are not a true biscotti, and we have to admit that we expected more with regard to their size consistency for that price.

They arrived on time for Mother’s Day and they looked delicious. My stepmom absolutely loved them!

About a third of the biscotti were broken. Biscotti was too soft and nothing special about the cookie flavor. Nice variety of toppings.
