We enjoyed completing this puzzle but even more than that found the customer service to be excellent! The colors on the puzzle are bright and the pieces glide together easily. I bought it because I loved the images of the cats and stained glass. Unfortunately, we were missing 2 of the pieces and I wanted to frame it to put it on the wall. I emailed the customer service email on their website to get the 2 pieces, not expecting a response. Only a day later did I receive a kindly written email apologizing and offering to send another puzzle over to make up for it. I was thrilled and could not thank them enough. I've just received the new puzzle box! They've found a lifelong customer in me.

This is an amazing puzzle!!! Great color and detail, with just the right amount of challenge. I was fortunate to have a couple of supervisors making sure it turned out correctly!

This was more beautiful in person, the pieces are glossy and fit very well together.

It was a good puzzle. Challenging. Picture is full color and vibrant. Good quality but It did have a few missing pieces. Will try the brand again and see how the other one comes.

Beautiful colors, a challenging puzzle but also easy enough to complete while on vacation.Pieces fit together beautifully but you can't pick it up without it falling apart.Super fast shipping, quality packaging, and my grand loves that she gets a bonus poster for her room.I didn't realize what the letters on the back were for at the time I put the puzzle together, but now I understand it's to make it easier to assemble. Other puzzles come with a sorting insert, this one does not have that. Perhaps a written explanation about the letters and a sorting insert would help even more with this one.I would definitely order from this seller again.

The picture is bright and vibrant. The pieces are well sized and multi-shaped. The only down size would be the size: 23.5'23.5 inches make this puzzle an awkward frame size, and a difficult size to find appropriate poster board to place beneath it,

Puzzle has great coloring. Sturdy pieces. 5 out of 10 on a difficulty scale.
