Originally Disk player is broken. Can't play disk games or watch Dvds. I contacted amazon costumer support and they linked me via email to the seller. The seller sent me a new xbox device free of any charge. It's hard to get that kind of service anymore in my opinion. I'll come back with an update if the new device is defective but no news is good news

Arrived as promised with all needed accessories. Like new condition with what appeared to be a new Microsoft branded controller.

Just buy new.
Terribly laggy. Takes 5-15 seconds to load home menu have green screen every time I turn it on for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. Thought I'd save a few bucks and get a decent console. Games crash every 15 minutes

Had to purchase a controller And disk drive don't work
Came with a broken controller with non functioning buttons and the only way to get it replaced was to send the whole thing back and wait. Just got to play the thing. Well take that back. Just bought a game. Can't play it because the disk drive doesn't work
