Saved some bucks with a better than OEM product. It took 4-5 minutes to install and the cabin air is very nice again. The coconut shell activated carbon does a nice job of eliminating stale and musty odors. Nice filter and fits well.

You know that musty/off smell you get sometimes when you turn on your A/C? That's more often than not an overdue to replace cabin air filter. That's what prompted me to order a new one and install it myself; at 20% the cost or less!Structurally this filter is hands above other 3rd party filters so that was a plus. Definitely had layers of activated charcoal to extend life and purify incomming air as well.When I pulled out the old one that was replaced by a shop I will not name it was horrible. It had no side support whatsoever so it accordioned and didn't do its job to is specifications. Disgusting. Also confirmed the source of the smell was the old filter. New filter was strong and slid in without an issue, but it wasn't the "perfect fit" promised to me. It was maybe 2mm too long front to back, so I had to squeeze the cover hatch on, which wasn't easy since as I said the support of this filter is top notch. But I got it in there.What a difference going from and old, smelly, lowest quality filter to this one that (mostly) properly fits and has activated charcoal filtering. Worth every penny.Most cars it's not too terribly hard to replace this and save tons on unnecessary labor and likely inferior filter installed on top of it. My car the hardest part was carefully removing the glove box to expose the hatch, then getting things lined up right. Took me 7 or so minutes to do the whole thing.Only give it 4 stars because as I said the fit was off by about 2mm or so too long. This may be because they're trying to make it fit the most cars in a single unit while staying "in tolerance". In my opinion, squeezing it the 2mm is too much because the fins will scrunch up in some places and widen in others, reducing the effectiveness by a margin I can't realistically calculate. It's not 0, but not likely a huge factor either. Otherwise this filter is a solid unit that is at a pricepoint where you would expect to compromise more than it does.

I received the Treeligo HEPA Cabin Air Filter- Coconut Shell Activated Carbon Replacement at noon today, watched a DIY YouTube video, and within 5 minutes had my cabin air filter replaced in my 2009 Toyota Highlander. The one I removed was quite floppy, whereas this one was more rigid, with carbon on one side. Everything fit perfectly and installation went smoothly. Very pleased with this purchase!
