I like to be prepared for the unexpected, so when I bought my house 24-years ago I bought one of those orange things with a wooden handle, and put it behind the toilet in the corner. There were times when I needed to use it, but over time it stained my vinyl flooring this nasty orange color. You can imagine what it looks like.A couple of weeks ago I noticed it had numerous cracks in the rubber, and when I tried to use it the wood handle went right through it. So when I saw this CZ-XING Brand, Heavy Duty Toilet Plunger I ordered it. Incidentally, the proper name of those old style plungers is "force cup". I don't know if that's true of these bellows type. The listing says: "Strong Suction Rubber Cup," but no part of this tool is rubber. It's all some kind of plastic, which is probably better anyway.I haven't had an official need, fortunately, but I went and plunged away anyway, with the new tool. It moved a lot of water, and I'm confident that when a need arises it will perform admirably. I'm guessing that with all of the folds and angles, this will be a bit more difficult to clean after a serious fecal event. I don't know if the material stains easily, but thank goodness it isn't white, otherwise I might just have to buy a new one.

This plunger works efficiently on sinks and bath without issue. Whilst I wouldn't want to use on the toilet anyway, I did check for size fitment and there was no way this was going to plunge a toilet.The build quality is as I would say adequate, it doesn't inspire confidence in its longevity. Whilst it feels cheap and flimsy it worked effectively on the kitchen sink.I have seen similar quality plungers for less money in the local shop that sells everything. I avoided them as I didn't want to throw money down the drain (no pun intended). This particular plunger was offered through vine, so with zero financial risk so I thought I'd give it a try.Whilst working on the sink and not being suitable for a toilet as claimed, and taking into account the build quality and price/value for money I have only awarded three stars.
