I don't have air conditioning in my house. Let me tell you those 90 plus degree days are filled with a lot of emotions which none of them are good. Well that ended the day this unit arrived. I bought the 14,000 unit for my 1300 sq foot house. It is amazing at cooling. I set it at 68 when its 85 and up outside. It keeps my house at a comfy 72. I saw a lot of mentions of being loud. Okay yes it makes noise... its a window unit but it is quiet compared to my old one. Again compared to my old one it is the same size but stronger, and functional. I 100% would highly recommend this unit to anyone that needs to keep a small home cool.

Lowered my light bill. It’s hot in my kitchen during the summer and my thermostat is right on the other side of the wall. The rest of the house stayed cool but the big ac unit run all the time day and night. Since adding this window unit my kitchen stays cool and the big unit doesn’t run near as much. As for noise it’s not any louder than any other window unit I’ve had or been around. It’s really worth the money if you’re facing the problem I was and it will pay for itself in a few months. It’s been several months now and hurricane Halene hit here pretty hard. We were without power for a week. I plugged this ac into my generator and blocked off some rooms in my house and this little unit kept us cool just like the central heat and air unit does. Master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen approximately 12-1300 square feet. If this ac died tomorrow I will order another one tomorrow. Very satisfied with this product!!

This air conditioner is a lifesaver. It works so good. But I have a question if anyone knows can I keep in in my window all year long ? Or will the rain damage it?

My living room connects to my dining room which opens up to my kitchen so there is quite a bit of space to cover. I had fully anticipatedeeding2of these for my living room but just the one kept the house soo fresh and cool that I often had to turn it off. Cali heat is no joke ! Easy install easy use Customer service was awesome and the first unit that had arrived was damaged in transit. They helped me to trouble shoot and sent a replacement. I highly recommend this vendor and this unit ! I also love that with the WiFi connection i am able to use the app and run this baby on when Iam on my way home and wanna cool the house down

This works great fit right in the window in the game room freezes you out temperature control works great

Works wonderfully it keeps my garage nice and cold it's a 32x32 garage while it's almost 100 degrees out today the garage is a nice 68 degrees and it'll drop it lower if I wanted to

I used it for a week or so last year and it worked fine. I put it this year and looks like it is not cooling any more, and under Auto mode although it is not cooling I cannot get it to go beyond 73. All in all don’t get this, there are cheaper ACs that would last years. Customer service is no help. You get one year warranty.

This ac cools a large room very quickly but don’t even think of using this in a bedroom it literally sounds like a freight train every time it turns in….Had to return it ..not recommended for a bedroom or anywhere you plan on sleeping. Great for a kitchen, livingroom or anywhere else where sound is not much of an issue.
