Dont Buy. Not rosemary oil
I wish I could give zero star. This is not a rosemary oil at all. Just some sticky liquid. Waste of money. Don’t Buy!

Simple rosemary oil
The 4.04oz comes with two bottles, not one large one so be aware of that. I found the scent of the essential oil to be nice and the droppers make this easy to apply to whatever carrier oil you want to use. It might be a little different from what I'm used to for essential oils (maybe less concentrated as the scent isn't overpowering?), but it seems to be pure and the bottle doesn't allow for leaking which I appreciate. I got this for thinning hair and it's nice to have a stable oil that will last a while. I've previously done boiled rosemary oil which goes bad and has to be kept in the fridge; it's nice to have something shelf-stable.

Organic Rosemary Essential Oil 100% Pure & Natural. Two glass bottles and drippers.
The Fovcos brand's "Organic Rosemary Essential Oil" is a pure and natural essential. It comes in two, two-ounce bottles / 60 ml recyclable glass bottles. The caps have integrated squeeze drippers and are sealed for freshness, safety, and leak protection. There are four applicators: two each of a narrow point-like applicator and two each of a small brush. The light brown oil is quite thick and has a light rosemary / herbal scent. The oil Pros: Pure and natural essential oil with safe and effective ingredients (but not fully disclosed). When diluted with a carrier oil, it moisturizes the skin, soothes dry skin, and helps retain moisture. Can be used during massage to promote relaxation and better blood circulation. Non-sticky and fast-absorbing texture suitable for hair and skin. A good value. Cons: There is a mild herbal / rosemary scent that may not be preferred by everyone. The oil's viscosity is quite thick suggesting possible additional ingredients. Limited information provided on the exact ingredients of the product. General: A product of China.

Time Will Tell
This two-pack of "Fovcos Organic Rosemary Essential Oil for Hair Growth & Skin Care, 100% Pure & Natural (4.04 Fl Oz (Pack of 1), 4.04)" has assumed healthy properties that help hair growth through blocking DHT which causes balding. I don't use the spoolie or liner wands on my eye lashes, but I do massage this into my hair on the top front and temple areas along with other hair stimulant products to help with my perimenopausal hair thinning. Time will tell for these products to work together to help with my problem, but so far so good on seeing faster growth of existing hair.

Too Viscous & Mild-Smelling; I Think It’s Diluted With Unlisted Carrier Oil. Glass Bottling. 2-Pack.
I ordered the “4.04 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)” size of this Rosemary Essential Oil hoping I would receive a single, 4.04 fl oz bottle that I could easily store by itself with other ingredients I use to make homemade concoctions, but I received two 2.02 fl oz bottles instead, unfortunately. That means I’d be storing one tiny bottle amongst larger ingredient bottles while keeping the other tucked away until the first is empty. It might be a silly thing to fuss about, but I specifically ordered this because I wanted to receive a larger bottle, and that’s not what I got. Each bottle is made of dark-colored glass with a glass dropper tube to serve as the lid, which I consider ideal. I like the dark coloring, since it helps to protect the oil from light-induced damage, and I love glass bottling and tubing over something like plastic, since it doesn’t leave me with the same contamination concerns. Included with each bottle are a short eyeliner brush and a mascara brush. Though this product’s title lists it as being organic, I see nothing on the labeling that says it’s organic. I see no indication that it’s non-GMO either. I do see that it’s steam-distilled. To me, most of this does not indicate high quality. This Rosemary Essential Oil is strangely viscous, which is not something I’ve ever seen from Rosemary Essential Oil before. Usually, it’s quite watery, so I can add it to my essential oil diffuser. And when I use it on my skin, scalp, or hair, I’m able to just dilute it with carrier oils. My guess is that this is already diluted with some unlisted carrier oil, so I won’t dare add it to my diffuser. It looks like I won’t be using this as a pure ingredient as I had intended both because the bottling is not ideal for that situation and because I expect it will screw up all my ratios. Instead, I’m using it alone in my hair, since I already incorporate Rosemary Essential Oil into my hair care routine anyway, and since it acts like it’s already diluted with a carrier oil (hopefully Castor Oil, which is my preference). Since it’s so viscous, it’s something that needs to be gradually worked thru the hair and not dumped on overly thickly all at once. It does smell fragrant and typical of Rosemary, though again, somewhat diluted, which adds to my suspicion that an unlisted carrier oil has been added. Overall, this seems fine for incorporating straight into a beauty routine, though I’m not confident of its quality and purity. And, I’ll unfortunately have to be on the lookout again for a large bottle of PURE Rosemary Essential Oil for my ingredients supply.

Quite pleased with the scent and value ...
As my title implies I'm please to have this rosemary oil on hand ... it arrived just after I'd showered so I was eager to try right away ... the oil is a bit thicker than I expected ... initially I thought it might be too oily but it has quickly mostly been absorbed into my scalp and beard ... the fragrance is just right .... not overwhelming ... not too much like perfume ... it has a nice smell ... I can sense the benefits this will provide just on my first use ... I'm also impressed with the two pack ... gives me time to evaluate ... and the price point seem right on target ... actually a good value ... I'm pleased with the oil and would recommend to others ...
