USB HUB (Grey Air)

It does it's job very well and transfers music and pictures really fast! As a photographer, I like the ease I have with this card reader to transfer my pictures and videos very quickly to my phone without the need of getting my laptop out. The only thing I don't like is that I feel like its going to break with a slight bend I would prefer if it had a small cable instead that had more freedom of movement. Other than that it works great and I definitely recommend.

I bought this to use to take pictures off of a couple of trail cameras. The first problem I ran in to was the short stem. I had to take the cover off of my phone in order to make contact. That worked OK for about a month even though the contact was still sensitive. A little over a month of using it 1 time each week and its dead. The blue light comes on indicating contact but neither mine nor my wife's phone can see it. I just brought it home to try on the laptop but it won't work there either. Now its on its way to a local land fill and I'm going to buy my next one from a local store so that when it fails....I can take it back.

Works, but the USB-C plug is loose

It is a cheaper product so I can’t complain too much but after the second or third use the part that goes into the computer bent slightly. It still works fine and that happened months ago. So for it being that cheap it’s impressive, just don’t expect too much.

Can not say whether it works or not. I did not read the product description far enough to know that my phone needed a USB C port, so it does not fit. The fault lies solely on me and not the seller. However, I at least gave them 3 stars for putting it in the product description to warn us. Good thing for me it was only 8 bucks.UPDATE:DEPZOL has sent me a very polite email offering me a refund and stating they are sorry that it doesn't work on my phone. I was very impressed that they got a hold of me so quickly to make sure I was taken care of...I am changing my rating to 5 stars! 2 days after my return period, the usb c connector became lose and stopped functioning. I may have used this device 6-8 times, and it stayed in a drawer in its box most of the time it was not in use. That is to say it was not abused. Not carried around in a book bag or computer case. It does what it states and when working, it worked fine.

I've used cable to PC and other OTG flash drives including wireless, and this seems to be the best compromise for the various flash drives I have, particularly when I'm not near a PC to transfer files to make room. Transfer speeds are relatively quick and doesn't require special software for my Samsung S8 to see it. Aside from the testing, I have used it a couple times to actually transfer hi-res videos to it from my Drone to edit with my mobile software when I was away from my PC. It's a nice to have that capability when out in the field.

The inner SD card and micro-SD card reader slots are misaligned to the holes in the outside of the device. Because the slots are misaligned, it is very difficult to get the SD card to insert properly (you have to angle it upwards sharply after it passes through the outer slot before it hits the inner slot), and it is totally impossible to get the micro-SD card to insert properly. I requested a replacement by writing to the merchant through Amazon's messaging system, but I have yet to receive a response one day later.UPDATE: Several days later, still no response from the merchant to my two emails until I received a generic, automated post-sales message from them asking if everything is fine. I replied to that saying "no, everything is not fine," and they finally got back to me and offered to send a replacement from China that would take 2 weeks to arrive.
