Have been using this for over 4 months now. The thickness is good. It is durable and useful while doing workouts. If you are using it on wrist and if you have a hairy wrist, please wear handsocks or keep a cotton cloth to avoid friction. This might Over all a good product.

There was misrepresentation in as much as ,the advert on your site showed three weights--1.one kg and two pcs. of 1/2 kg. but actually what was delivered were only two pieces of 1/2 kg. each. the one kg. piece was missing.

First of all, the ankle weights are well made, & stiff though I am, it's easy to strap them on my ankles. Exercises for the legs done while wearing them have shown immediate results. Temporary, of course, as the leg muscles have grown very weak & the knees are stiff for reasons that can't be altered even by surgery. It will be months before the relief becomes permanent rather than fleeting. However, in some cases even a little relief is a blessing!
