I purchased a trampoline 2 years ago from Walmart. After the last rain storm we got, it was cheaper to buy a new one rather than replace the net and poles. After researching, I chose this trampoline. I was able to put this together myself (aside from the springs-they are very hard to put on) & the instructions were very easy to follow. It is very sturdy, and my husband even agreed this is 100% better quality. My girls jump on this daily & they love that this trampoline has a ladder to easily get in and out of.

Easy to build trampoline, company has great customer support as well. My product was missing an item but customer service shipped it out quickly.

We have had 3 trampolines and this one is the best by far! I love the all black look and the quality of it and the kids love that it has a great bounce for the bigger ones!

I feel we should choose a different shipping company. This trampoline came in two boxes and FedEx split them up and put them on two different trucks. The trampoline was a bit challenging for two people to put together. However the headache of putting it together was worth it. My son loves it. The steps are awesome the quality seems to be good we've had it for less than a month. It was a bit stiff a first but after a few 90 plus days it loosen up. We purchased the 16 foot on prime day and I feel like it was a good buy.

Update: This company contacted me to replace the torn mat. As a person who works in customer service I find this to be exceptional customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.~~~~~~~~~These trampoline are great looking. The stairs are very solid… the reason I’ve purchased 2 in recent months. A 14ft was put together 4 months ago. It was for a 2 year old. Her dad (175lbs) has jumped with her but as hot as this summer has been it has not been used much. Yesterday two loops that attach to the springs ripped so now there is a gap and grandchild can’t use. I don’t think these trampolines are made to last. That 14ft squeaks severely, too. The 12ft I bought does not. I reported this but no reply. Not sure what to do. I was planning to buy a third for another grandchild but I’ll look elsewhere.

This trampoline/company deserves a review. We bought a 10 ft trampoline in December of 2021. By the summer of 2023 this well loved trampoline was broken. The jumping mat ripped away from the frame and so there was a big hole in it. The net enclosure also had a big hole but it was still technically useable until the bottom broke. I went online to see if I could buy replacement parts and found that the company will mail you any replacement parts for free for the first 24 months! And after sending them the info about ours, they just replaced the whole thing and we had a new one in just a few days! Amazing! The fun continues!It’s also worth saying that the design of this trampoline is much better than many other trampolines we’ve seen and tried. The one we owned before this brand had so much duct tape holding it together at the end!

The media could not be loaded.  Put it together, toddler was on it, 3 springs snapped off, mat ripped where springs attached. Unsafe.Kind of mad. Years ago I bought a trampoline from Walmart with a net and that thing took abuse for years. Gave it away in tact. This one, twice the price and broke with a toddler jumping on it. This is not a safe item. It is dangerous. I tried to contact the company. I do not know if my message went through. I’m really not interested in returning it because that means I’d have to take it all apart, but at the same time it’s a huge waste of money.
