rodi am a big fan of the grips on this rod. It is great for what I use it for, bass fishing. Used it from the kayak and the bank a lot this season, with a few diff reels on it, and it has handled each situation with ease. I highly recommend this rod. Very good rod at an awesome price.

KastKing always seems to get it right! Nice rod for the price point, good flex and love the color scheme. Got the matching reel and it just looks sweet! Has the right power for setting the hook on bass and performs flawlessly!

While trying to catch first fish, the rod snapped in half, couldn’t even handle a 8” catfish!

Great casting rod for the price. If you purchased the parts separately to try and build your own, it might cost twice as much. I don’t know how Kastking does it. This was a good choice for jerk bait fishing. Purchased for BFS style fishing. Proven Fugi guides, great grip, medium action, unbelievable price point.

Took this out a couple times now to get a good idea of how I would like to review this. This rod worked great! Delivered well, was packaged really well to prevent any damage. I caught a couple fish nothing out of the ordinary. Has a good bend to it didn't feel like it was over loaded or like it was going to be damaged or worse, break, if I kept fishing. Would recommend.
