I really wanted to like these
I used my 8 inch pan for the first pan. Iโm quite satisfied with it. I need to adjust my temperature just a bit for great looking fried eggs, but it was still nonstick and easy to clean. Very good quality.

CAVEAT EMPTOR
A nice set of stainless steel fry pans, but red flags popped up very quickly. Two small dings on one of the pan make me think it was either a 'second' or a return. Also, instructions indicated that the pans were to be assembled by the buyer. Hardware was included. However the pans arrived (well packaged) already assembled. All things considered, they're well made stainless steel pans and the price was right. I'll keep them and use them... But caveat emptor!

Well built
Handles are a little uncomfortable but the rubber sleeve improve the grip. Other than that they're built well. The kids are water tight. Over all Iike them.

How to clean stuck on oil
Bought the 12 inch for frying tacos. Can fit 5 to 6 in it. Oil will burn to the sides when frying a bunch. For everyone complaining. Wash you pan. Then, let it try with the grease burned on the side. Then, a bit of 600 grit wet sand paper with a bit of water in the pan and in 5 minutes it's new. Perhaps it 15 years you'll wear off some metal, but its a kitchen tool. Toss it at that point and buy another. People really make cleaning things like steel overly difficult.
