Do you have to sit to use this machine? Can you workout standing like similar machines? I weigh 92 Kg

Does this have any resistance so your muscles canbe toned

It does have different levels of restistance and is excellent for someone that wants to strengthen their thigh muscles up to a certain point. However, this is not a classic gym machine but more of a mobility exerciser, for example if you are rehabilitating after surgery, trying to keep knees flexible if you have arthritis or just generally want to move more if you have a sedentary job/lifestyle.
