In my age, I wouldn't managed to sort it out without the help of a person that knows modern technology. Although, they have FB page where someone can actually help you updating the system, also there is few videos you can find on how to update the sat nav in youtube, which is very helpful. Overall, I'm happy and contented with the effectiveness of the device.
