The rise in popularity of pimple patches has enabled the beauty industry to charge staggering prices for these tiny dots of blemish relief magic. Most pimple patches are 100% hydrocolloid so when I realized that I could purchase these wound dressing patches and achieve the same effects for a fraction of the cost, I didn’t hesitate to add these to my cart. I received a single box of 15, 2x2 squares. I am prone to breakouts on my chin, so sometimes I apply the entire 2x2 square to treat my entire chin at once, and other times, I cut the 2x2 square into 6 sections to apply to random blemishes on my face. I leave the patches on for 6 to 8 hours overnight and remove in the morning. The adhesive is top tier, and will not budge while you sleep. If you have very thin or fragile skin, keep this in mind, because removing the product in the morning may feel too aggressive for your skin. If you have normal to average skin, this will be a non issue for you. Pros: I can treat large sections at once which is helpful if I have a cluster of breakouts. I can opt to cut the 2x2 squares into 6 sections, giving me a total of 90 pimple patches for a fraction of what the beauty brands charge. Effective at quickly clearing up and treating breakouts. If you get excited to wake up to reveal that moist and meaty residue ring that you see after an overnight treatment, these patches will not disappoint! Strong adhesive that won’t budge overnight Cons: If you cut your patches into smaller sections, they are a pain to peel off the protective backing. Be patient, grab tweezers, and put on your glasses. The large patches don’t lay as nicely on the nose or chin as the expensive contoured patches that the beauty industry sells to specifically target your entire chin or entire nose. Removing these patches in the morning may be too aggressive for weak or fragile skin due to the strong adhesive. Enjoy beauty queens!

I spent an hour every day in the ocean and have used several products. This one is really good. I did not fall the instructions and thoroughly clean skin before application so you can see the edges are curled however there was no water contact with the wound. Definitely a good product.

I’m not quite sure how to apply these. I assume you put the brown square over the wound and then the sticky part over that. But the end with the arrows does not come off and is an impediment to putting on any kind of socks and it makes it come off during the night.

I just received today so first time using and initial reaction is that I am very pleased with product. I get cysts on my face that drain amazing amounts of gunk that creates a big thick, yellow crusty spot that allows new sores to form beneath the crust. I knew I needed something that would absorb the drainage and first tried band aid pads, then few others for months, but cost was insane. I saw these and for the price decided to give them a try. I will update after using for few days. To be successful they need to adhere well, even if I sweat), maintain seal for fast healing and absorb all the drainage, which as I said is a crazy amount. UPDATE.... after several days of using, I'm sold. They stick very, very well, even when sweating a lot, which I do. They have absorbed so much drainage from my biggest (about 30mm) cyst that its almost completely healed it in less than 2 days. Now I'm applying them to my chin, which has so any little cysts it looks like relief map of moon, and they're working wonders. I also like that they are big enough that I can cut one to fit several small ones, which I thought I needed to cover with tape to maintain tight seal. I no longer do this as they adhere so well, I can sweat, shower, even rub and they still adhere. Wish my dermatologist had thought of this. Could have spared me 4 yrs of hiding in home and not going out into public, all the scarring from years of this, and lastly the last 9 months of misery of taking antibiotics 2x daily and having to do so rest of my life. They've made a huge difference for me, and I highly recommend.
