This thing still runs like a champ. One if the earbuds has fallen in the water and survived. One has fallen on the ground multiple times. One earbud was also crushed under the feet of someone but it only got disassembled in 2 pieces which was easy to join again with no glue required. Even the case has fallen multiple times, sustained some cosmetic damage but runs just fine. The branding is almost gone but functionality still remains as intented. The battery lasts 1 whole week with about 1.5-2hrs of use everyday. It charges in about 4 hours. The sound quality is not bad either. Absolutely go for it. If you use it more carefully than me, it maybe last you for lifetime!

Good earphone bought them for 900rs , bass is fine- ish ( still more than others i think ), dont know what to expect from this price range ,, Don't expect much from earphones below 1500rs , these work fine I use them regularly buy them if u are getting a good deal Charging or batter was never an issue There's definitely a lag on normal mode , but still can game causally on game mode Mic is fine as well , didn't find any problem

I am using this from one year. Sound quality is good.easy to use. Charging is fast. Invisible button is working as expected. Build quality is superb. I have dropped it 3 to 4 times, its spare parts went loose. I reconnect them, and it's working like before...!!

I am not satisfied with this product. From the beginning, I have faced issues with it. Initially, the microphone was not working, and I raised a request. The product was picked up, but even after that, I continued to face the same issue. Within 6 months, I had to submit the product for repair multiple times (around 6 times). Later, I started facing a charging issue as well. Despite repeated complaints, the product has not been properly repaired, and no replacement has been provided. The customer service experience has been very poor. After purchasing the product, Amazon customer service informed me that they cannot do anything further to resolve the issue. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service.

I was looking for a BT earbud which would allow me to take work calls on the go. Unfortunately Goboult z20 turned out to be pretty useless in this regard. The audio reception is decent, but the mic is extremely poor, no one can hear me on the other side of the call - be it an audio telephone call or a video call over wifi. The bluetooth connectivity is also quite poor, drops if i move a few steps away from the connected object.

Charger was not working

I'll be honest, I was expecting these to be rubbish given the price, but they're genuinely good earbuds. Sound is clear, plenty of bass and the battery life is more than adequate. Great set of buds.
