Easy assembly shelf, took about 10 minutes start to finish with an electric screwdriver, leaving you with a nice looking bookshelf.We use it in our daughters room to keep the ‘in use’ books tidy, as she usually has several books on the go, some for her own reading and some for night time story. Fits in nicely in the corner of her room on the floor.When constructed, a nice solid piece, clear and easy to follow instructions and all the pieces marked with small letter stickers, though these could have been placed a bit more thoughtfully as some ended up on visible surfaces and not all peeled off cleanly!Shame the back board was not in one piece, though that would have meant the packing box needed to be about another 12cm longer. All well packaged for transport in soft foam sheet and polystyrene blocks.A sturdy and effective shelf.

I have to admit, I first got this for my books, however when I noticed how well my PS4 games fit into it I just had to repurpose it!The bookshelf came with everything (minus a screwdriver) that you need to build it (and even a spare of every screw!) and very clear instructions that were easy to follow.Assembly with an automatic screwdriver took me only about 10 minutes (though will be longer if you use the included hex key).The finished product looks very professional and would fit into most households.My only minor gripes are that the bottom section could be better utilised to fit more books/games and the fact that the hex bolts are very easy to overtorque and "sink" into the wood.Having said that these are very minor issues and I am more than happy with the finished product.Would recommend!

This is relatively easy to put together and looks half decent once put together. But why isn't the back one piece? I mean really. Surely it's easy enough to have made that one piece. It seems like the point was to make all the pieces almost the same size and fit it in a smaller box. But what it means is you now have a gap on the back where the two pieces join. Looking at it from what would typically be eye level, which is from slightly above it, you don't really see the join. But looking at it straight on or from below, it stands out like a sore thumb. And there's no need for it as the whole thing isn't actually that big. It would have made assembly slightly easier and would have reduced the number of screws and the need for the extra brackets. For me this is annoying for my wife it is a deal-breaker as she wouldn't have accepted it looking like that. Luckily it's in my office/ man cave. So unfortunately I've had to knock two stars off for that simple misstep. I would also argue that it's not a particularly efficient use of space on all but the top level. You can put quite a few things on the top shelf but about half that on subsequent shelves beneath. This also makes it a little bit top heavy. None of this is terrible but it is things to keep in mind. It makes it harder to recommend unfortunately.

This is a nice unique looking bookshelf.Comes flat packed which means it requires assembly, but all the tools required are included. I’d say you need basic DIY skills to assemble it.Overall it’s a great looking stylish bookshelf that feels pretty solid and durable! The size is great and I’ve placed mine on my desk to help clear a little clutter.The wood has a nice finish to it and the base is very stable as you’d expect from a bookshelf. At the price point I feel this is great value and will last many years!

This CD/DVD shelf is ideal as i had recently bought a new DVD player and needed more storage for my DVD's and games. The instructions were clear, But i found it was missing some information to allow me to understand fully where each section was adjoined. I eyeballed it and after a little trial and error, It was completed. Not the most difficult build, But certainly a little bit challenging. But definitely worth it. It is now proudly sitting in the bedroom and is sturdy and smart looking.
