Nice Unit
Air fryer and bake features are the only ones I have tried and they work really well. It was very easy to figure out how to use it.If there was anything to complain about would be it would be better if it was a little wider

Holds grease
Not much I can say except they work perfectly in my Emeril dual zone 360. And they don't leak through.

Handy rewashable mats
These fiberglass rewashable mats are very handy a little smaller than the big pan but still very effective. Rather easy to clean. Better than having to fully clean the pan every time.
