Console wasn't in original box (I don't collect the boxes so not an issue), for a used item it's in fantastic condition. No marks or scratches, no faults, no issues at all. Everything looks and works perfect. Fast delivery, packaged great so no damage in transit. 5 stars all day 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely awful. Sent me a “Excellent” condition item. That was scratched, does not charge and does not turn on properly. Amazon also will not let me send it back. Disgusting!

The product is fine and in good condition. My only disappointment was that it didn’t come with a box like shown in the photograph. This was my reason for purchasing from this supplier. When I contacted them I received a generic message back with no reply when I questioned this. The advertisement is misleading.

Pitch perfect! We received the console and all accessories in perfect condition! The console had already been factory reset so it was like setting up a brand new console. The performance and battery life is that of a new one! Thank you very much :-)

In the past few years I've bought several phones, a laptop computer, and an Xbox from Amazon renewed/refurb and I've been very happy with them all. And now I'm very disappointed. While it works fine - no complaint there - this is clearly not a 'refurb', it is a dirty and slightly damaged product that's been shoved in a box and mailed out. I would have returned it, but now my child has her hands on it and can't live without it and has won this argument. I'll buy a replacement for the damaged Joycon controller and accept that I've learned a lesson from this.

I bought the switch oled was a bit scared seeing others had horrible reviews but after I received mine which stated in excellent condition it was exactly that, not a single scratch, mark or dent, it was almost as if I bought it brand new! It did come dead but the battery life after a charge has been perfect! I have 0 issues with it. Came with everything that also looked brand new I’d highly recommend to friends and family. Buy the extra protection for it tho cuz u never know. I got a 2 year plan for under 30$ and I couldn’t be anymore happy with my purchase! 10/10

I was honestly scared at buying this looking at the reviews since a lot of people said it came with scratches and with it being refurbished and all, I was expecting some. But no, it came a little dirty but after a little wipe it looked good as new. It with all its accessories that come with the original OLED and it charges just fine. Controllers are good and the feel is great. If you’re skeptical at buying this, don’t be. I love mine and I can’t wait to play on it more soon.
