After extensive looking on the internet for a new lightweight suitcase I settled on this one and although it has not been fully taken into use I am happy with my choice. Case is definately easy to manoeuvare and is flexible. Well made and along with a locking mechanism that is easy to set up. 28 inch model has plenty of compartments and space inside and even without being fully put to the test I would recommend the supplier as the product was well packaged on its arrival along with clear instructions as to setting up the lock. Well done.

The media could not be loaded.  I have to say I'm a bit diapointed by the quality. It looks cheaply made. The collapsible handle looks quite fragile and like it might brake when using it. The lock seems OK.Having said this there is plenty of room inside and I love the compartments and it does feel light.I will update once I've travelled with it to let you know how it went.UPDATE:I have now used it for my trip and it has held up very well. I was slightly worried about the collapsible handle but it was good all throughout my trip. The whole suitcase did very well all throughout. I'm happy with this purchase

We ordered 2 of these suitcases. Unfortunately, one arrived in a damaged box and a wheel was scuffed. They are very lightweight and seem to move easily. However, for a hard shell suitcase, they don't seem very sturdy/hard compared to others and not sure how long the wheels will last as they look flimsy. We shall see how they survive the airport but in hindsight I wish I'd paid an extra £10 for a much sturdier case.

Bought as a present for my son as his got damaged so needed a replacement.For a budget case this is excellent value.The shell seems a bit flexible but looks strong enough to take an impact.My son used it on his return flight with no issues and he would be described as a bit heavy handed. So I was pleased that it survived it's first test.

Unfortunately this item was received with a faulty zip. However the seller was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue and agreed to a refund without a fuss. I also purchased the carry on case and I am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend
