I don't see any foam, but this is a gentle, hydrating cleanser. Great price. I love it. I need no fragrance so this is perfect for me.

Not as good as the old one
The Ultra Gentle for acne prone skin was discontinued and now there are only foaming options. I chose the cream to foam hoping it would be a like for like replacement. It's not. It's fine. I went several years without significant break outs thanks to the previous formula and after several weeks of use of the new product, the breakouts are back.
