New home
Had an old fairy house that I wrecked while mowing the lawn and decided to get a new home for my garden fairies . It looks wonderful in the evening, had no complaints so far. A bit expensive but great details, light weight and looks beautiful

Absolutely beautiful, a treasured gift.
We have this in our kitchen instead of the garden, and it lights up beautifully when the room goes dark. The design is lovely, you can tell this was made with care. A few fibers come out of the faux grass roof in the box, but don't let that dishearten you, it doesn't shed at all after that. It is indeed waterproof, which is good with it being on the windowsill above the sink, but even more so if you plan to put it outside. I cannot recommend this enough.

Poor customer service
I love the product. However, I was disappointed thst the solar light failed to work. On inspection, the battery had not been fixed correctly. Even though I rectified this the light still failed to work. I contacted the company who failed to reply. Although I was about to return the product I felt it was worth trying to replace the battery in the hope that would be the problem, which I did at my own expense. Thankfully this solved the issue. Such a shame that the product was let down on such an avoidable issue & that the company failed to respond.

Needs lot of sunlight or bright light to light up at all.
Nice House, but do not like the green flock as it comes off very easily and it is not the same look as many other products that you have. I think I would have thatch roof it would be easier to handle
