Great, stops eyeshadow from creasing & smudging & helps it to stay in place all day

A bit runny compared to my Avon Mark one that was discontinued. It seems to do the job well, but only tried once.

I have never been able to wear eye shadow especially the glitter ones as the bits fall into my eye and irritates them. Someone suggested using a base first, so I bought this. It doesn’t feel sticky and is very easy to apply and great value for money. It makes my eye shadow last a whole day at work and even with makeup remover at the end of the day it’s hard to shift. Very impressed I’ve bought another for my daughter!!

Decent primer and good for sensitive skin (at least mine - someone who has many allergies to make up), although it's a little thick and messy so need to apply only a small amount lightly or it can show through. Not quite as good quality as others I've tried

Finally, a primer that doesn’t allow my eyeshadow to crease or smudge everywhere. It can hold pencil eyeliner, too. Although a soft pencil liner is harder to hold. It dries quickly but doesn’t dry out the skin. No weird smell. Keeps everything in place.Elf is amazing because it’s pretty much the only brand I can use without a reaction.

I have oily eyelids so my eyeshadow always seems to melt away or end up on the bit above my eyes, so I bought this in hope it would solve the problem. It does not. In fact, it makes it worse! My eyeshadow starts to slide up in just a couple of hours after application! I followed the instructions to the letter. I tried adding more, adding less, giving more dry time, giving less dry time..still doesn’t work. Waste of money.

Don’t put onto much or it will show.
