I needed to purchase a new set because the base screw holding the bracket on the existing set strangely just broke or fell off while wiping off the 22 after cleaning. I was not tightening the screw. these rings had been on for 2 years.

Have all Guns with Warne Rings, excellent Quality, highly recommend them.

These are good scope mounts that seem to hold their zero appropriately. I used them to mount a Bushnell Banner on my Remington 597 .22lr.About a year ago I purchased my first set of Warne scope mounts - the vertically split Maxima fixed rings. I used them to mount a scope on a Remington 30-06, and I think they are absolutely perfect. They were easy to install and are solid as a rock.These scope mounts received 4 stars because they were not easy to install. They were easy to put on, but I found the reticle shifting a little when I would cinch the rings down properly - using a 25 ft/lb torque wrench. I think this is due to the design of these rings and how they tighten on the sides at an angle. I found myself having to leave the scope a little off center before I tightened the screws so that the reticle would be correct after tightening. I finally guessed correctly, and now the scope is installed with the reticle in the proper position. All this to say that I think Warne should stick to their vertically split rings.

Warne is simply top notch, they have never let me down and I am a very picky person.

I purchased the medium height. They are a perfect height for a 42MM objective scope on a heavy bull barrel rifle. I found that the screws were binding a bit as they were seating on the base. I removed the clamp portion and applied a drop of CLP to the threads and slowly screwed them into the ring as deep as possible, cleaning out the threads (chasing) . The rings secured snugly to the 11MM grooved receiver after that. No issues at all. I read an earlier review where the person was having an issue with 11MM grooved receivers. Chase the threads before installing and it will resolve this issue I am sure.

I brought these rings to mount a scope on a Swiss K31 that has a dovetail scope mount. Rings are all steel and well constructed. A plus for these rings is that they will fit the metric 11mm dovetail or the standard 3/8 in dovetail. I honestly didn't know there was a difference, which may explain why in some reviews for other dovetail rings individuals claimed they wouldn't seat properly.Great value for the money and Warn makes great products.

They are the only one i use on my rimfire! Light, sturdy and with excellent grip on scope and rifle reciever.

i use this ring on zastava 22lr and fit like a glove

Very good rings, excellent price. The top half "snaps" in place is my only criticism. Other than that, A1 product.

Works perfectly. Holds nice and tight.
