This series is one of my favorites of the newer series coming out of Japan. Izumi Tsubaki hits so many funny spots. It is structured like a 4-koma but still flows with a narrative. While the central anchors are Chiyo and Nozaki, the supporting cast is full of MVPs. In this volume, the highlight for me was the girls and guys sleepovers. It is a simple concept where the mangaka tweaks the gender stereotypes to pull out the humor. At the end is a special chapter featuring Chiyo's brother, Towa, which was a nice surprise. Overall, another fun volume with a great presentation by Yen Press. Review: More crazy shenanigans - This volume just continues to solidify my love for this series. Seeing Seo acting like Seo as she learns more about Waka is my favorite part at this point. Can’t wait to read more!

This volume just continues to solidify my love for this series. Seeing Seo acting like Seo as she learns more about Waka is my favorite part at this point. Can’t wait to read more!
