Great bike
This is such a great bike. Looks great ! As we live near the beach but have to walk the bike over the soft sand before we get to where we can ride, walk option is important.

Had issue but great customer support!
You get alot with this bike. We had an issue with the plug for the light coming off. They sent me the part as requested. and love the 15Ah battery! Lots of range for this bike.

Nice solid bike.
The throttle is sensitive and a little jerky. Brakes are not as good as the hydraulic ones, and a little soft feeling.Has plenty of power, and pulls me good at 215 pounds. You can adjust the speed up to 25mph with little effort. YouTube.

These bikes are great but the company lies
As you’ll see below, we love these bikes but I can’t ride mine because it had a defective tire. I reached out and asked if they could just send me a tire so I didn’t have to return the bike. After a month of waiting and the return window closing I got a tube in the mail that I now have to pay someone to fix it for me. I don’t have a bike shop near me so the bike is now sitting in my garage and the trip I bought it for I had to rent a bike to use so I could ride with my husband. 1600.00 on 2 bikes and I only have 1 I can use.I bought 2 for my husband and I to use. We love them. We’ve only put about 30 miles on them so far but they handle hills better than expected, great acceleration, battery seems good too. I’ve been looking at these for a while and these are worth the price. You can get a much better bike but you’re gonna pay a lot more.

Durability
I like it emensley and it is an eye catcher. I think it's too heavy to travel with and I'm thinking folded it's to bulky for commercial travel nevertheless it's a nice bike. I tried to fold it it folded ok just way to heavy took 2 people to load it and two to unload it ..changing tires is a necessity the ones come with it have a lot resistance

Solid
Only have done 40 km so far, but it seems a solid bike. It will do 32 km with no problem and plenty fast for me. (I'm 85). Very pleased with it.

Impressive bike
I like the bike. No directions on how the front tire goes on. Had to go to YouTube to find out. Otherwise I love the bike!

Runs really well but front fender missing. New fender has arrived April 3.
Everything is as advertised except it is missing the front fender. Sent an email and waiting for a reply. Delivery was faster than estimated time by one week. Got a reply from seller, they are going to send out the fender as soon as possible. April 3 received the replacement fender.

Poor protection of controller from road mud and water. Three speeds in PAS
The bike has good power and a reasonable size battery. I am basically happy with it; however, there are a few things that I don't like: The motor controller is at the bottom of the frame, in an enclosure near the pedals; the enclosure has large openings both front and back, where cables to the controller are routed. When riding on a damp dirt road, mud is splashed from the front wheel toward the enclosure opening, entering the enclosure. I installed a plastic shield ahead of the controller enclosure and plugged both openings with "duct seal". This seems to moderate the issue. The bike, like most lower cost e-bikes, does not have a torque sensor. The PAS mode has three speed modes 10, 15 or 20 mph. The pedal sensor doesn't care how hard you are pedaling, only if you are pedaling, so pedaling effort does not control speed. This seems unnatural compared with higher priced bikes with torque sensors. I think the bike is fairly priced for what you get, taking these things into account.
