Recently used this to bake some baguettes. The bread came out nice and crispy and really tasty, so all is good.

I used it today for the first time, the hardest part was mixing the dough, once in the mould, it baked the dough well.

I've used it for a while now and perhaps done 20+ bakes. Good solid construction and cleans easily The dough I use it with is somewhat more sticky than the baguettes normally expected, so after 3 or 4 uses I did experience minor sticking, particularly if I brushed the tops with milk. But I just line it with a reusable non-stick baking paper. The cloth is very handy and works fine for proving and also when cooling the baguetts. It is actually arge enough to cover 2 trays and machine washable. Pleased, good value for money, I have purchased a second one!

The perforated pan is perfect for baguettes, its a heavy gauge steel and is non stick. Happy with this and the proofing cloth works too.

Excellent for small baguettes

The pan is fine and fits my oven perfectly. Lovely even colour and seems to add to the lightness of the baguettes in comparison to baking on a flat baking tray. However, best to buy your linen couche separately as what's provided is a square of thin cotton which is useless for proving bread and has lost a star in the rating. You need something like 375-400gsm linen for the best quality but they're hard to find at that gsm. You can get away with a lower gsm but you don't have the full structural support with the higher rating. Thin cotton's about as useful as a kite in a tornado!
