When you know where you would like the garment to sit, remove the backing paper and press the garment firmly in place for a few seconds. Use time should not exceed 6 hours. Perfect! I was dubious that the tape would stay stuck but it stayed stuck all day and I was never aware of the tape being there.

This product is outstandingly amazing!
I can't put into words the sheer exuberance of pulling the tape, cutting the 1mil thick product with the jagged blades.When you get the right combo of material to skin the tape works amazing. Highly recommend it.

Do not recommend
I read the instructions carefully, prepped the skin accordingly and still the tape didn't work. Poor quality product.
