The levers on the product are bigger than normal and easier to use.....i have arthritis and i love this product....its easy to screw on to the spicket and u can make sure all controls are on top of the spicket for easy use.....i would buy this again

I used this garden hose as a gift and was terribly disappointed in the quality of the outside fabric. It catches on the least little thing which causes the fabric to snag. I apologized to the man I gave it to and told him to throw it away when it got all torn up...which might not take long.

This is much better than the "so called" heavy duty type. The nozzle is good and the hose is very soft and flexible. It’s light weight is sooo nice. Quality is good. Hopefully it can last long long!

It was hard to install due to the positioning of my tap. Not the fault of the product, however it cracked off pretty quickly from water pressure and I was unable to use it for one full season.

I am very disappointed that this hose just split? I've "babied" it being careful not to drag it across rough surfaces (i.e. driveways), and it still split. IMPOSSIBLE to repair. What do I do now???

I really like this hose, its easy to store and expands to 100 foot,I actually bought 2! I just hope its long lasting as other makes of expandible hoses Ive bought split . Time will tell!

Cheaply made. The shut off valve came loose and the rubber boots have stretched off. The entire brass ends can easily dislodge. The hose works fine for the time being but I doubt it will last into next season.Verdict: Spend a bit more and buy something better made.

Very solid product. The tube is flexible and easy to pull here and there. The multimode hose head is so useful. You can choose shower mode or jet mode or whatever you want. Time to say goodbye to my old rubber one!

Had this hose for about 3 months now and it’s already leaking just past the female brass connector. Seems like low quality product in my opinion.

I found that the hose gets tangled in itself. Difficult to pullout and extend. The hose is always pulling at you. When extended not sufficient water flow to operate my sprinkler. I also found that the water pressure is reduced to nothing when the hose expanded and the nossel is useless.I went back to my old black rudder hose and things are fine.This hose is in the bin.
