I like this BCAA hydration powder. It mixes and dissolves easily into water. I mix one serving with about 30 ounces of water, and the taste is perfect. If I used less I think it would taste pretty strong. I appreciate that the aftertaste is minimal. I like the peach rings flavor.

The peach rings flavor is done perfectly to what actual peach rings taste like! The flavor is very sweet though especially at the recommended dilution. I preferred to use a single serving with 28oz of water so it wouldn’t be too sweet.The efficacy of BCAA is questionable at best in relation to muscle growth and recovery. Due to one big factor being that you get BCAA/EAA from the protein you eat in a day if you’re eating an adequate amount. Along with that this product covers only 3 of the 9 essential amino acids with 1 non essential amino acid. The one thing I do like is they add a small amount of Citrulline Malate which may marginally help with blood flow. I wouldn’t recommend BCAAs to anybody but if you had to use them because you really do believe they work for you. This one would be a great choice due to the quality of the powder and the flavoring.

I use these BCAAs as part of a homemade preworkout I make with caffeine and beta alanine. These BCAAs make it taste like you're drinking preworkout, but you don't have all the unnecessary fillers. Nutricost is a trusted brand--I've used a few of their products and they've all been a great, cost-effective option.This Peach Rings flavor is SUPER sweet. Honestly, it probably tastes sweeter than actual candy. Since there's zero sugar in here, that means they rely pretty heavily on artificial sweeteners. I don't mind sucralose, but that's something to note if you're someone who avoids it.It mixes well in a shaker cup and I don't get any grittiness. As far as performance goes. I don't see many benefits of BCAAs if you're already taking a quality protein supplement and meeting your daily protein requirements. Those on a plant based diet might benefit more since they're often eating incomplete proteins.

Being summer and so hot, hydration is more important than ever as well as recovery after exercise, which is why I decided to order and try out this BCAA powder. My partner especially works out more than I do and does a lot of running, so he has used this product and benefitted from it as well. So far, I am happy with my order, and it does seem to be helpful, but we are not crazy about the flavor. This product tastes really really sweet, so I have to use less to make sure the flavor isn't overwhelming. It does taste a lot like the candy though, closer in flavor than expected, but somehow sweeter. It doesn't dissolve quite as well as I expected though and sometimes the residue is left all over my bottle and straw, making me wonder how much I am actually ending up wasting. For some reason it froths up a lot when stirred, which I think makes the problem worse and then it sticks to everything but the water. At the current price of about $25, I don't find it a good enough value to purchase again especially since it's a bit too sweet and doesn't dissolve well for me.

Peach Rings flavor is enjoyable but much sweeter than I anticipated. Since the directions recommends using 8-16 ounces per scoop; I opted to use more water and add ice. Diluting it did not compromise the integrity of the flavor. This BCAA drink was still fruity, delicious, and enjoyable! And again, I didn’t detect any chemical or weird aftertastes.Nutricost Performance has gained my trust. I have tried a few of their products and so far, each has delivered. BCAA Peach Rings flavor is no exception. It works well for muscle recovery and its great for hydration. Although it’s super sweet, it still tastes considerably better than other BCAA’s I have experienced. Peach Rings BCAA is a good quality, affordable, and effective work out supplement. I enjoy the flavor, the benefits, and the results of adding it to my workout routine. It improves my workout experience and helps me meet my fitness goals. So I will continue using it because it works for me.

First of all, since this is sweetened with sucralose, it tastes really good, especially if you like peach flavor. It's not super-intense, but it masks the BCAA taste pretty well. I love this for pre-workout. You get seven grams of BCAAs in the preferred 2:1:1 ratio. Seven grams is a good amount. Five is typically recommended. On top of that, you get a gram of citrulline malate, which gives me a good pump and energy, plus half a gram of glutamine. You also get electrolytes (calcium, sodium, magnesium, and potassium) but not in huge amounts like you get in many sports drinks. I'm looking at mainly sodium here. I don't know who doesn't get enough sodium in their diet these days, so the 60 mg. you get in this is welcome for a workout but is only 3% of your DV. Overall, there are a couple of things I take along with this, but if this was all I had pre-workout, I'd be more than set.

First of all, I've never taken a BCAA supplement, so I don't really know what to look for as far as comparing it to other similar products. I do feel pretty good after drinking it 5 or so times in the last week though. I feel like it does well hydrating me after a workout.Let's talk about the flavor now. I got the peach rings flavor, and it tastes pretty close! However it is very potent. The product recommends 1 scoop per 8-16 ounces of water. I tried it with 8 ounces and it was way too potent, I would definitely recommend using closer to 16, or even more ounces of water per scoop if you don't need really potent flavor. There is a very slight flavor in the background that reminds me of chewable vitamins or something, but I only catch that flavor every once in awhile, it's not enough to bother me.

I love having this on hand, it quenches my thirst for something sweet and delicious, but also helps keep my hydration levels up so my body can keep doing what it needs to do. Perfect for my high cardio days!
