I have Rheumatoid Arthritis..these cooling gel packs can be used topically and cool rapidly. I wrap tgem in a small serviettes to keep from direct contact with skin. They are brilliant?!

They look like big, flat pills with cute happy faces on them. I'll take something that makes me smile when I'm not feeling well, you know? I love the size and the fact that it's a pack of four. That means there's always one frozen and ready for me even when rotating through them. The smaller size means that one of them sits really well on the back of my neck. Sure, they're meant for kids. So? I mean, the size makes them good for kids. Sure. And the cute factor would probably make a kid feel more comfortable. But they do work for us full-grown people too.

I haven't tried to use this for heating but have used these for ice packs. They work brilliantly and would definitely recommend! Great size for both adults and children and don't take up much room in the freezer.

This pack comes with 4 little colourful gel ice packs in yellow, pink, green and blue plus a bag to put them in when placing them in the fridge to keep them clean and away from any food smells. Each has a simple but very cute smiley face design for younger kids, making it more enticing for a child to use.Each ice pack is the same shape and size, measuring approximately 13.5cm x 6cm, nicely fitting in your hand and easy for little hands to hold.My 4 year old is so accident prone so these packs have come in very handy for when we need a cold compress for a bump. They are a nice size perfect for a youngster as some adult cold compresses can be quite large and awkward to use on a small ones bump.Each pack is filled will little gel balls which heat up, cool and freeze easily.After being in the fridge, they are cold but do not stay that cold for long, especially when in use against skin, it is still cool but probably not enough of a temperature to use as a cold compress. When frozen, they come out feeling like a bag of frozen peas, they do thaw quite fast but remain at a decent temperature for a cold compress for a while after.These are even great for keeping food and drink cooler if you're out and about as you can pack them around your items. I prefer freezing them than refrigeration due to the quick decline in coldness if they have just been in the fridge.We've had no issues with leaking or anything like that and my child does like pressing on these due to the texture and hasn't popped any from playing around with them.Value for money is great as you get 4 items and they have come in really handy for me and my sons many boo boos.

The media could not be loaded. These are great!They look fun and my son wanted to use them straightaway!They arrived in a nice box with a special bag for the freezer.They feel nice and freeze well. I’ve just taken them out and they also feel nice when frozen and certainly work. I don’t think they will stay frozen for a long time once out but I think they are fantastic.They could be slightly bigger but apart from that all good.You can also use them hot but I’ll only have them in my freezer :)

These Hilph Mini Gel Ice Pack for Injuries are brilliant and just what I needed.With the product title mentioning they were mini I was a bit worried these would be too small but they are a really nice size and I wouldn't say they were mini at all. At around 13cm by 6cm they are a good size for children to hold and are plenty big enough for any bumps children have.The four ice packs come in four colours and they each have a cute smiley face on them. I like this as it brings some positivity and a smile to a time when children tend to be upset. There is also a resealable bag included to put them in whilst in the freezer. I'm not sure the purpose of the bag or if it makes any difference if you don't use it but I used it anyway.The ice packs have instructions on the back of each one as to how to use them which is very handy and it saves me from having to keep the instructions which I like. They can be heated up in the microwave for a few seconds or left in the freezer for a few hours. Personally I prefer the freezer and this has been working well for us.The first time I tried these I left the ice packs in the freezer for two to four hours like mentioned and they ended up nice and cool. I then completely forgot about them until the next morning and I thought they end up being solid ice but they were fine and whilst they were cold like you'd expect they didn't feel frozen enough to cause any burns which is great. I will now leave them in the freezer until they are needed. I did test one out though just appreciating the coolness on a hot day rather than because of a bump and it stayed cool for quite a while considering the current heat.I am very pleased with this set and I think it's great value for money. These will be perfect for any future bumps.

These ice packs are worth it. My four year old doesn’t handle scrapes well right now, but these fun guys help him feel better and calm down faster! I highly recommend for preschool age kids.
