Sturdy when assembled and installed. Assembly is straightforward and a no brainer. Easy to clean. Looks good as much as a durable medical device can look. You easily adjust the arms to make it fit most individuals but, I'm sure there are a few size and weight outliers that this might not work for. NOT JUST FOR ELDERLY. The elevated seat is constructed well having the locking mechanism which secures it to the toilet bowl. The downside It is little too high for me and I'm 5-10. It does have adjustable legs for the taller folks. It's nice the have the bowl inserted into the toilet. Not the right on for me.

This item is sturdy, well made, great height increase for post surgery ( knee) . It is stable, never slipped and had the simplest install ever. Just place it and turn knob!!!! Worth every penny and more!!

I don’t know what to say about this item. The quality was good. However, it did not fit my toilet seat, even though it claimed to be a universal product. It was very wobbly and unsafe. We had to return it immediately. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the quality of the product. I would make sure you measure the opening of your toilet seat before ordering this.

This raised seat has a hole that reduces open bowl area by 40%. It is ridiculously small for the human anatomy. You cannot simultaneously poop and pee through the seat, the hole is just too small for any size person. The seat has an annoying trough in front, so while you’re doing #2, urine will travel through the trough right on to the floor. This seat is optimized for making a mess!! I’d like to see the person(s) who designed this abomination try to actually use it. It so poorly designed and unable to function that it is unusable right out of the box. Didn’t anyone try it and flag how small the hole is?! I am disgusted by this product as it creates much extra work and is completely without thought in its design. It’s headed to the trash as soon as I get a better raised seat.
