Is this product reef safe?

I believe so. Before I purchased it I looked up the ingredients on a Japanese website and compared it to non-safe ingredients and didn’t see any of them on there. I think the only sure way is to call them or email them to ask, but I didn’t do that. I just checked ingredients.

What's new in the 2023 version?

Nothing really. It's the same texture and there is no difference based on my experience.

Is this product water resistant?

It says "Super waterproof" on the back in Japanese.

How does if feel? is it good for moisture?

I would say it feels great on. Very lightweight and somewhat moisturizing
