Have trouble with under supination (outside edge of foot rolls over) and this product gives about the same correction and support (4% wedges) as my original made to measure ones and at a fraction of the cost.

For years, I had an irritating discomfort on the edge of my left foot. My shoes would become worn on the outside heel. I learned this was called supination but never imagined there was a solution; until I came across these. Initially they were uncomfortable, but after I removed the sticky thing on the edge, it became comfortable and effectively reduced the pain I had been feeling. I guess my supination is not as pronouned as others. I havevtried other insoles since but they are not effective for me, I think they over correct and slip a lot. These are the only inserts that have worked for me. I gave four stars because their customer service are not friendly

These took a little getting used too. That said it is successfully correcting the fair of my left foot where I have nerve damage. I was increasingly walking on the outside edge of my foot rather than rolling through the toe. I wear it for 5 hours a day at work. It has also reduced the pain in both my feet and ankles. Worth the money in my opinion.

I suffer with bad knees not helped by the fact that I walk on the outside edges of my feet...I am pleased with these as they do seem to help at the moment.

Cheap, poorly made and I'll fitting for wider feet. Sekkor is very difficult if you want a refund, I'd avoid buying these.

Ordered this product and wasn’t sure how successful it would be but it was great quality and has significantly helped my gait. I now use it in all my shoes.
