Will this Bestop windshield header only work with Bestop tops or will it also work with other brand tops?

Works great with my rampage frameless top

Will this header work with a MasterTop bimini top part# 14700201?

I contacted Mastertop about this issue for my mastertop brand on my 2003 Wrangler. They responded the following: All the brands of windshield channels are interchangeable. It looks like everyone is out of stock except Bestop… (don’t get the OEM or supertop version)

No because it attaches where your hard top would

I have a Mopar soft top on my wrangler, no weather strip or seal on windsheild. Would this do the job? Wind noise and air gap are there now!

The header is bolted to the windshield and has a channel in it for your top to slide into, but your top needs to have the lip on it that slides into the channel to cut out the wind and this also forms weather protection. Hope this helps
