No antibiotics ever truly help, they kill the bad stuff but don't replace the good that we need to keep things flowing smoothly. I've been using this brand for years, I love everything about these women's probiotics. They help with bloating, excess gas and keep your Bm's regular. If you go to the gym you’ll value these too, yup no more sweaty cooch odor lol ifykyk. TMI to some ppl.. but I just had a miscarriage and my system was all Fd up. I didn't even have sex.. YET I still got a horrible Bv flare up, not wanting anymore Dr trips or nasty antibiotics I ordered two bottles of these pills instead. They stopped all the suspicious behaviors that were happening😇 My best results when fighting any imbalance is to take a higher dose for 5-7 days •Two pills first thing in the am on an empty stomach with a full bottle of water, then just do one a day. I feel as though it gets right to work in my gut that way, and for me it does! By day three any odor has stopped and the rest follows. These pills even give you a better period and increase your vaginal wetness.. Ijs most ppl leave that out BUT it's very Important also. I honestly can't say enough greatness about these probiotics. I have suffered from this horrid affliction, BV, for years. I took flagyl once. Thought that would be the end of it, but it came back within days. It didn't matter if sex was protected or unprotected, and after my period was the WORST! I got it no matter what. One of my *OLD* GYN's said that my partner's ph and my ph "just didn't mix well". LOL. Great diagnosis. At one point, I was wearing tampons every day, even when I wasn't having my period, just so I would NOT STINK! I tried a bunch of home remedies, a few helped, but they aren't really good to do long term. I had tried Ultimate Flora Women's Care 25 billion in January of 2013, but it made me feel itchy and almost feel like I had a yeast infection, but there was no STINK! But I gave up on it figuring it was just too strong. Now to explain why only 4 stars: I have been using Rephresh pro-b religiously since February 2013. I felt better, but I still needed to use the peroxide/water douche after sex and after my period. Let me say again, I felt better than I had in years, but still, I was having to take other measures, so it wasn't the "perfect fix" for me. My FINAL regimen (that I have been doing since June 2013): Alternate Ultimate Flora Women's Care 25 billion every other day with Rephresh pro-b and a multi vitamin daily. My *NEW* GYN heartily approved when I told her my plan in June, and wants me to let her know how it is working. I'm letting all of you know first. Believe me Ladies, $50 every-other-month is so worth our sanity, our relationships, and most of all smelling like a fresh, normal woman. Give it a shot. It may be *YOUR* cure, too. Can't hurt. These are my favorite probiotics. I’ve tried several others and always end up coming back to these. The quality is amazing, they’re not too big and they have no taste/smell. I notice a difference after about a week of taking them consistently and I love that fact that you only need to take one a day! There are cheaper options out there (I’ve tried them) but I just don’t think they hold up to these, plus you don’t have to choose what you want to target, these are good for urinary and digestive health too. Highly recommend giving them a try!

My cousin recommended these to me because we are both very sensitive down there. My pH is thrown off so easily. I am that person that if I take a bath, I have to take it with absolutely no products in it, just water or I would have a bad yeast infection. I struggled with constant yeast infections before I started this. It was to the point that I thought I was diabetic. Before starting these, if I had sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside, I would start itching almost immediately and within 2 days I would have a full blown yeast infection. After about 3 weeks of taking this, we tested it out and nothing. No itch afterward. No chunky discharge…nothing. Even what was considered normal discharge stopped. I don't even get snail streaks anymore. In addition, there is an increase in natural lubrication production when having sex, so this may be great for people in perimenopause or even full menopause. When I first started taking them, I did experience a slight tingling sensation that felt like maybe a uti was coming, but I just drank more water and after like a day or 2 it went away.
